In order to accelerate the construction of a new standardization system for home textiles and the implementation of high-quality development strategies, and to play the leading role of group standards, the emergency standard review meeting of the Group Standardization Technical Committee of the China Home Textile Association was held on July 30. Zhu Xiaohong, Vice President of China Home Textile Association, Zheng Yuying and He Meidi, experts of China Home Textile (CHTA) Group Standardization Technical Committee, Chen Jianhua, Secretary General of Bedding Sub-Technical Committee of National Home Textile Standardization Technical Committee, Ye Zhaobei, Secretary General of China Home Textile (CHTA) Group Standardization Technical Committee, and more than 60 committee representatives attended the meeting.
Experts at the meeting reviewed the six standards of "Wet Towels/Wet Wipes for Catering", "Guide to Healthy Use of Hotel Textiles-Towels", "Guide to Healthy Use of Hotel Textiles-Curtains", "Guide to Healthy Use of Hotel Textiles-Bedding", "Disposable Bedding for Tourist Hotels" and "Probiotic Ecological Bacteria and Mite-resistant Home Textiles. Leaders, experts and participating units have made full preparations before the seminar, and have a serious discussion on the establishment and numerical setting of each standard framework, content and specific indicators, and give corresponding opinions and suggestions.
At the meeting, Vice President Zhu Xiaohong introduced a series of work carried out by the China Home Textile Association since this year's epidemic, including: conducting enterprise industry surveys to reflect the demands of enterprises. She emphasized that the six group standards formulated this year are based on hotel home textiles and functional products as breakthroughs, organically combining health and consumption, emergency response, seeking breakthroughs, and receiving positive feedback from enterprises. In the absence of relevant basic accumulation, the drafting unit took less than five months to complete the establishment, drafting, discussion, and approval of the standard, effectively filling the gap in industry standards.

The standards of Healthy Use Guide for Hotel Textiles-Towel and Healthy Use Guide for Hotel Textiles-Bedding are prepared and drafted by Jiangsu Carnation Weaving Co., Ltd. The Healthy Use Guide for Hotel Textiles-Curtain is prepared and drafted by Guangzhou Yuanzhicheng Home Textile Co., Ltd, "Probiotic Ecological Anti-bacterial and Anti-mite Home Textiles" was compiled and drafted by Violet Home Textile Technology Co., Ltd., and "Disposable Bedding for Tourist Hotels" was compiled and drafted by Jiangsu Stalford Textile Co., Ltd. The six group standards are all under the centralized control of the Standardization Technical Committee of the China Home Textile Industry Association.
